Awesome Idea Pitch Event at ALAMW2020

The Awesome Libraries chapter of the Awesome Foundation, an international organization that forwards the interest of awesome in the universe $1000 at a time, will be hosting our Awesome Ideas Pitch for Libraries during ALA Midwinter 2020 in Philadelphia. 

Selected presenters will pitch short, inspiring ideas that could impact their community as well as essays on topics https://primeessay.org/us-government-essay-topics/, demonstrate a new idea, or improve a tool or service. Judges (and the audience) will choose who walks away with $1000 to work on their idea.

Individuals interested in submitting a proposal for the live pitch have until the end of the day on January 6, 2020 (extended from December 19, 2019). For those interested in submitting a proposal, but who will not be attending the ALA Midwinter Meeting, an option to submit a video to present at the live pitch will be made available should the proposal be selected as a finalist.
